Article 13 Dispute settlement In the event of a dispute arising between the Parties concerning the interpretation of this Agreement or the application or performance thereof which cannot be settled by direct negotiation or by any other means, the provisions of Article 31 of the amended Convention shall apply mutatis mutandis.
