5 Within six months after the completion of the work of each stage of the project, the Government of the United Arab Republic shall forward to the Organization a technical report and a financial report covering all the work done and payments made which relate to that stage. These reports shall be transmitted by the Director-General to the Executive Committee in the same conditions as the semi-annual reports.
