4 Within three months after the expiry of each semi-annual period, the Government of the United Arab Republic shall send the Organization a financial report, reviewing both the work carried out and the payments made during the semi-annual period covered, and indicating any changes which may have been made in the initial estimates. After obtaining, where appropriate, any additional information that may be necessary, the Director-General shall transmit this report to the Executive Committee for consideration at its next session.
