Article 22 Personnel recruited locally and not otherwise covered by this Agreement, including such personnel assigned to hourly rates Personnel recruited locally and assigned to hourly rates by UNICRI and not otherwise covered by this Agreement shall be accorded immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity for the Centre. The terms and conditions of employment of such individuals shall be in accordance with the relevant Regulations of UNICRI.
