III Resolution expressing a tribute to the Federal Government and to the people of the Republic of Austria adopted at the 22nd plenary meeting of the Conference held on 22 April 1963 The United Nations Conference on Consular Relations, Having adopted the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, Expresses its deep appreciation to the Federal Government and to the people of the Republic of Austria for making possible the holding of the Conference in Vienna and for their generous hospitality and great contribution to the successful completion of the work of the Conference.
