Artikel 8 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en Nieuw-Zeeland inzake wederzijdse bijstand bij de invordering van belastingvorderingen

Article 8 Termination This Convention shall remain in force until terminated by one of the Contracting States. Either State may terminate the Convention, through diplomatic channels, by giving notice of termination. In that event, the Convention shall cease to have effect for all tax claims which become recoverable after the date on which notice of termination has been given.
