Article 13 Services, Facilities, Contributions and Support to be provided by the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands The services and facilities to be provided by the Government are contained in the Annex to this Agreement. The Executive Director of UNEP shall establish a trust fund for the receipt and distribution of contributions in cash by the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in support of the Coordination Office.
