Article 22 Interpretation of the Agreement 1 This Agreement shall be interpreted in the light of its primary purpose, that is to enable Eurojust at its Headquarters in the Kingdom of the Netherlands to discharge fully and efficiently its responsibilities and fulfill its purposes. 2 In case of any conflict between the Eurojust Decision and this Agreement, the Eurojust Decision shall prevail.
