Article 12 Amendments 1 This Agreement may be amended only through an exchange of diplomatic notes between the Parties and after a positive opinion of the National Contracting Parties to the Maastricht Agreement. Any amendment to this Agreement shall enter into force on a date to be agreed upon by the Parties. 2 In case of amendments to the Maastricht Agreement, the representatives of the Parties shall amend this Agreement accordingly, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties.
