Artikel 23 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Staat Koeweit inzake luchtdiensten tussen en via hun onderscheiden grondgebieden

Article 23 Entry into force 1 This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Contracting Parties have informed each other in writing that the formalities and constitutional requirements for its entry into force in their respective countries have been complied with. 2 The Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the State of Kuwait relating to Air Services, signed at Kuwait on 7 January 1973 will cease to have effect on the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
