Article 24 Entry into Force 1 This Agreement shall come into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Contracting Parties have informed each other in writing that the formalities and constitutional requirements for its entry into force in their respective countries have been complied with. 2 The Air Transport Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Costa Rica, signed at San José on 21 December 1994, will cease to have effect on the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
