Article 20 Applicability of Multilateral Treaties 1 The provisions of the Convention shall be applied to this Agreement. 2 If a multilateral treaty concerning any matter covered by this Agreement, accepted by both Contracting Parties, enters into force, the relevant provisions of that treaty shall supersede the relevant provisions of the present Agreement.
