Article 14 Social security 1 The social security system of the Organization offers coverage comparable to the coverage under the legislation of the host State. The Organization and the staff members of the Organization to whom the above-mentioned scheme applies shall be exempt from social security provisions of the host State. Consequently, they shall not be covered against the risks described in the social security provisions of the host State. This exemption applies to them, unless they take up gainful activity in the host State. 2 Any provident fund established by or conducted under the authority of the Organization shall enjoy legal capacity in the Kingdom of the Netherlands if the Organization so requests and shall enjoy the same exemptions, privileges and immunities as the Organization itself.
