Artikel 6 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Associatie van Caraïbische Staten tot vaststelling van de voorwaarden van deelneming door Aruba als geassocieerd lid

Article 6 This Agreement shall come into force on the date on which the Kingdom of the Netherlands, on behalf of the Government of Aruba, shall have notified the Association of the completion of the relevant constitutional procedures. This notification cannot be made until the Kingdom of the Netherlands has deposited its instrument of adhesion to the Convention with the Government of the Republic of Colombia.
