Artikel 4 Visnetverdrag

Article 4 Subject to the provisions of Articles 8, 10 and 16 (2), the provisions of this Convention shall apply to all vessels of any Contracting Government either when they are operating in the waters where that Contracting Government has exclusive jurisdiction over fisheries, or when they are operating outside such waters.
