Article 19 Consultations 1 The Aeronautical Authorities of each Party shall consult each other whenever it becomes necessary, in order to ensure close cooperation concerning all the issues related to the interpretation and application of this Agreement, on request of either Party. 2 Such consultations shall begin within a period of forty five (45) days from the date the other Party has received the written request.
