Article 22 Entry into force 1 This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt of the last written notification through diplomatic channels, by which the Contracting Parties have notified each other that the procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement have been completed. 2 Upon entry into force, this Agreement shall supersede, in the relation between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of Sint Maarten, and the Republic of Finland, the Air Transport Agreement between the Netherlands and Finland, signed at Helsinki on 25 February 1949.
