Artikel 24 Verdrag inzake luchtdiensten tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Verenigde Mexicaanse Staten

Article 24 Entry into Force 1 This Agreement shall enter into force, on the first day of the second month after the date of the last communication whereby both Contracting Parties have notified each other, through an exchange of diplomatic notes, of their compliance with their constitutional requirements necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement. 2 Upon entry into force, this Agreement shall supersede, in the relation between the United Mexican States and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of the European part of the Netherlands and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands, the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the United Mexican States and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, signed at Mexico-City on 6 December 1971.
