Article 13 Territorial Application As regards the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the present Agreement shall apply to the European part of the Netherlands, to Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), unless the notification provided for in Article 14, paragraph (1) provides otherwise.
