Article 14 Duration of the Agreement 1 The Agreement and the annexed Plan have been established with a view to meeting the requirements of the broadcasting services in the bands concerned for a period of eleven years from the date of entry into force of the Agreement. 2 The Agreement shall remain in force until it is revised by a competent conference of the Members of the Union in Regions 1 and 3.
