Artikel 15 Protocol inzake de voorrechten en immuniteiten van de Internationale Organisatie voor Telecommunicatiesatellieten “INTELSAT”

Article 15 Any INTELSAT Party may, at the time of depositing its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, make reservations to any provision of this Protocol. Reservations may be withdrawn at any time by a statement to that effect addressed to the Director General of INTELSAT. Unless the statement indicates otherwise, a withdrawal shall take effect upon its receipt by the Director General.
