Article 9 Conflict as to the nature of property If, by the law of one of the States, any right or interest is regarded as property not falling within any of Articles 5, 6 and 7, but, by the law of the other State, that right or interest is regarded as property falling within those Articles, then that right or interest shall for the purposes of this Convention be regarded as property falling within those Articles.
