XXXIII In reference to Article 30 (Exchange of Information and Administrative Assistance) Pursuant to paragraph 2 thereof, which provides that the competent authorities shall endeavor to provide information in the form of depositions of witnesses and authenticated copies of unedited original documents, it is understood that the competent authorities of the States will work together to develop mutual procedures that reconcile differences in internal domestic laws and procedures with the aim of ensuring that information is provided in a form that facilitates its use in judicial proceedings in the requesting State.
