Article 9 Privileges and immunities of the President and the head of the branch 1 The President of the Office shall, when visiting the Netherlands, enjoy the same privileges and immunities as the Netherlands accords to heads of diplomatic missions in the Netherlands in accordance with the Vienna Convention. 2 The head of the branch shall enjoy the same privileges and immunities as the Netherlands accords to heads of diplomatic missions in the Netherlands in accordance with the Vienna Convention. 3 The same provisions shall apply to the members of their families forming part of their respective households. 4 This Article does not detract from any provisions in this Agreement or the Protocol. 5 This Article shall not apply to nationals or permanent residents of the Netherlands.
