Artikel 3 Overeenkomst tussen de Regeringen van de Benelux-Staten en de Regering van Azerbeidzjan inzake de afschaffing van de visumplicht voor houders van dienstpaspoorten

Article 3 Exemption from visa requirements 1 Nationals of the Republic of Azerbaijan who are holders of a valid service passport may enter, depart and transit through, insofar as it is in compliance with the legislation of the European Union, the Benelux States’ territory without a visa and stay in the territory for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days in any one hundred and eighty (180) day period. 2 Nationals of the Benelux States who are holders of a valid service passport may enter, depart and transit through, insofar as it is in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan without a visa and stay for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days in any one hundred and eighty (180) day period.
