Artikel 29 Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van Japan tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen

Article 29 This Convention may be extended, either in its entirety or with any necessary modifications, to Surinam and/or the Netherlands Antilles. Any such extension shall take effect from such date and subject to such modifications and conditions, including conditions as to termination, as may be specified and agreed between the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Government of Japan in notes to be exchanged through diplomatic channels or in any other manner in accordance with their constitutional procedures. Unless otherwise agreed by the two Governments, the termination of this Convention under Article 31 shall not automatically terminate the application of this Convention to Surinam and/or the Netherlands Antilles to which it has been extended under this Article.
