Article 2 Competent authorities The Competent Authorities responsible for the implementation of this Agreement shall be: a) for Belize: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Immigration; b) for the Kingdom of Belgium: the Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation; c) for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade; and d) for the Kingdom of the Netherlands: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
