Article IV National Implementation 1 Each Party shall adopt and enforce such legislative and administrative measures as may be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to this Agreement. 2 The provisions of this Agreement shall in no way affect the right of Parties to adopt stricter measures concerning the conservation of bats.
