Artikel XI AEWA

Article XI Effect of this Agreement on International Conventions and Legislation 1 The provisions of this Agreement do not affect the rights and obligations of any Party deriving from existing international treaties, conventions or agreements. 2 The provisions of this Agreement shall in no way affect the right of any Party to maintain or adopt stricter measures for the conservation of migratory waterbirds and their habitats.
