4 ESTIMATED COST AND AMOUNT ALLOTTED FOR THIS CONTRACT: CHANGES A The estimated cost of this contract is $ 15,924,000. No fee or profit is contemplated in this contract. B Upon request by SHAPE, changes may be made at any time by written order within the general scope of the contract in the work to be performed hereunder or in the equipment and facilities to be acquired, developed, or constructed in connection therewith, and if any such change causes an increase or decrease in the estimated cost or time of performance of this contract, this contract shall be modified accordingly.
