14 Filing of patent application While and solong as the subject matter of this contract is classified security information of the United States Government, the Netherlands Government agrees that it will not file, or knowingly permit to be filed, an application for patent or other like statutory protection disclosing any of said subject matter without referring the proposed application to the Contracting Officer for determination as to whether, for reasons of United States security, such application shall be held in secrecy.
