Article 20 Entry into force 1 Each of the Parties shall notify the other Party through the diplomatic channels of the completion of its constitutional formalities required to bring this Agreement into effect. The Agreement shall come into force on the first day of the month following the date of the last notification. 2 As regards the Kingdom of the Netherlands, this Agreement shall apply to the Netherlands Antilles only.
