Article 26 Entry into Force 1 Each of the Parties shall notify the other Party, in writing, through diplomatic channels, of the completion of its necessary internal procedures required to bring this Agreement into effect. 2 The Agreement shall come into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt of the last notification.
