Article 20 Consultations 1 The aeronautical authorities of the Contracting Parties shall have communication, which may be through discussion or by correspondence, to ensure close co-operation in all matters affecting the implementation of this Agreement. 2 Either Contracting Party may at any time request consultations on any problem related to this Agreement. Such consultations shall begin within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the request by the other Contracting Party, unless otherwise agreed by the Contracting Parties.
