Article 25 Entry into Force 1 This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Contracting Parties have informed each other in writing that the formalities and constitutional requirements in their respective countries have been complied with. 2 The Air Services Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Mauritius of 15 November 1973 shall cease to have effect on the date on which this Agreement enters into force.
