Artikel 1 Internationaal telecommunicatie reglement

Service telecommunications 1.1 Administrations * or recognized private operating agency(ies) may provide service telecommunications free of charge. Administrations * or recognized private operating agency(ies) may in principle forego inclusion of service telecommunications in international accounting, under the relevant provisions of the International Telecommunication Convention and the present Regulations, having due regard for the need for reciprocal arrangements.
