Article 14 Freedom of financial assets from restrictions Without being restricted by financial controls, regulations, notification requirements in respect of financial transactions, or moratoria of any kind, the Office: a) may hold and use funds, gold or negotiable instruments of any kind and maintain and operate accounts in any currency and convert any currency held by it into any other currency; b) shall be free to transfer its funds, gold or currency from one country to another, or within the Host Country; and c) may raise funds in any manner which it deems desirable, except that with respect to the raising of funds within the Host Country, the Office shall obtain the concurrence of the competent authorities.
