Article 2 Establishment of the Office 1 OCHA shall establish an Office in the host State, to carry out functions in accordance with the mandate of OCHA set out in United Nations General Assembly resolution 46/182 and subsequent resolutions. 2 The seat of the Office shall be located in The Hague, the Netherlands.
