Article 20 Personnel recruited locally and not otherwise covered by this Agreement, such as personnel assigned to hourly rates Personnel recruited locally and not otherwise covered by this Agreement, such as personnel assigned to hourly rates, shall be accorded immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity for the Register. This immunity shall continue after the cessation of their assignment.
