Article 10 Freedom of financial assets from restrictions The Organization may purchase, receive, convert and hold any kind of funds, currency, cash or securities. It may use or dispose of them freely for any purpose in accordance with its official activities and hold accounts in any currency to the extent required to meet its obligations.
