Artikel 6 Briefwisseling tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de President van het "Iran-United States Claims Tribunal" inzake het toekennen van voorrechten en immuniteiten aan het Tribunaal

Article 6 1 The Netherlands Government shall permit and protect free communication on the part of the Tribunal for all official purposes, and notably with the Parties to the Claims Settlement Declaration. 2 The official correspondence of the Tribunal shall be inviolable. Official correspondence means all correspondence relating to the Tribunal and its functions.
