2 Memberschip in the Commission shall be open to all Member Nations and Associate Members of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations whose territories are situated wholly or partly in the Caribbean Area. Membership shall comprise such eligible Member Nations and Associate Members as have notified the Director-General of the Organization of their desire to be considered as members.
